The letter icon is used to access the Virtual Inbox and simplify communication with the Bank. You will receive all important information about products and services in the Virtual Inbox. Also, using this option, you can send us suggestions and questions about the products and the application, file an objection by creating a new message or replying to a message received from the Bank. You can see all sent messages and our responses to them in the Inbox section. You can also archive messages by selecting the Archive option next to the desired message. All archived messages will be visible in the Archive section. You can always return archived messages to the Inbox section.
If you lose your device, you can temporarily block access to mobile banking through electronic banking in the Settings / Device Management path. You need to select the Block device option next to the name of the lost device. If you find a device that you temporarily blocked, you can use it again to access mobile banking by activating it by selecting the Unblock device option. In case your device is stolen, you can delete it from the list, in the same path Settings - Device management.
Orders in the maximum amount of up to 300.000 dinars and with the Urgent option checked will be executed within a few seconds. Instant payments with the help of QR code - IPS scan and IPS show are not enabled by the electronic banking application. Through the electronic banking application, you can see the transactions made in this way and the order data itself.
If you check the Urgent payment box, every dinar transaction in the amount of up to 300,000 dinars that you initiate through our online banking will be executed immediately, regardless of the time and date of payment. In case this option is not checked, the transaction will be executed in the first clearing cycle of the National Bank of Serbia.
The amount of the commission will be shown to you before the confirmation of the transaction.
When making payments to the account of a physical person, it is not necessary to enter the reference number and payment model.
Tax payment orders have the code: 253 - payments of public revenues except taxes and withholding contributions, as well as code 254 - payment of taxes and withholding contributions. When paying taxes and obligations, it is important to always check which code you should use on the tax solution!
The "Transfer" service enables you to transfer funds to another natural person, who may or may not be a client of the Bank, by entering the mobile phone number of that person. You can also receive money if you register your mobile phone number for the Transfer service through our electronic or mobile banking application.
You can exchange foreign currency through electronic and mobile banking by selecting the Exchange option. You can check the exchange rate by selecting the EXCHANGE LIST, where you can view the buying, intermediate and selling exchange rates.
The statement is delivered to physical person once a month via the selected communication channel. Also, you can download available copies through electronic banking, in the path: Accounts - List of statements.
The credit card statement is delivered to you via the selected communication channel, and in the Bank's electronic banking application you can see a list of available statements, under the path Cards - Statements.
Select an account, then under the Transaction List option, you can see details such as: currency date, merchant information, account name and number, transaction description, amount and currency, and transaction status. By default, the transaction list displays 10 transaction records, but you can easily filter the transaction list using the Filter option available under the Quick Access menu (More Options). You can also export/download filtered transactions, as well as choose the format (excel or pdf) using the options in the quick access menu in the upper right corner.
Users of the E-banking previous API Bank solution use the existing credentials for the first login to the new electronic banking application: username and password (username without the @ibank extension). The old password is treated as temporary in the new application, so it is necessary to define a new one for further use of the service. After the credentials have been successfully set, continue to use the newly defined username and password to log in to the API Bank electronic banking service.
In order to become a user of the API Bank E-banking application, you need to submit a Request for digital services at the nearest Bank branch, after which you will receive credentials for the first login. On the home page of the web application, select the option to log in with a username and password. Enter the assigned access parameters (credentials) and then create a new password (following the recommendations for their complexity) that will be known only to you. Now that you have successfully created your credentials, log in to API Bank e-banking again using your username and password, then click the Login button. Each subsequent time, you can log in with your new username and password.
Select the option You have forgotten your USERNAME on the login page, and then in the new window, enter your e-mail address that you previously provided to the Bank and you will receive your existing username in the e-mail message.
Select the Forgot your PASSWORD option on the login page, then in the new window, enter the following information: Your username, e-mail address that you previously provided to the Bank, JMBG, new password and confirm the same, then select the Continue option. If the entered data is correct, you will receive a one-time code on your mobile phone. It is necessary to enter the same on the screen and confirm the password change. You can still use your new password.

Each registered user will receive parameters for access to their communication channels. Access parameters consist of two parts. The first part is about the registration code. Within the first part, there is a link from which you can download the new version of the M-banking service. The user will receive the first part of the access parameters to his registered e-mail address. The second part is about the activation code. The user will receive the second part of the access parameters to his registered phone number via SMS. After registration, it is necessary to select a new four-digit PIN to access the application. You have now activated the new mobile banking application.
In order to become a user of the API Bank M-banking application, you need to submit a Request for digital services at the nearest Bank branch, after which you will receive temporary credentials for the first login. We are talking about the access parameters, which consist of a set of two (2) codes: the identification code is sent by the Bank via e-mail, while the activation code is sent in an SMS message. These codes are generated for each user individually and are not stored in the Bank's system. Download the application and on the home page select the option Registration, then New user. Enter the identification code followed by the activation code from the SMS message. Define a four-digit login PIN that you will use further to access the application.
You can also start the e-banking application from a mobile device by starting the electronic banking application in the browser from the bank's official website www.apibank.rs.
The Contact option allows the user to communicate with the Bank, request help, information and support. With the additional Virtual inbox option, you can send a message to the Bank on any issue and initiate direct communication in real time.
By selecting the Settings option, the user has the opportunity to perform various actions such as changing the username, password or profile picture. The user can view his personal data (name and surname, address) and view his contact data (postal address, mobile phone number, e-mail address). In this menu, user can also access mobile device management, notification management, default account management.
